Vinegar helps take the sting out as well. Of course the sun screen lecture would seem a bit like locking the barn door after the horse is though....

Definetly the aloe vera stuff you keep in the fridge for that. I have translucent white skin, so I burn if I even THINK about the sun! I feel your pain!

abot 4 years ago I wanted a tan SOOOO bad, but I was too impatient to lay out a couple of hours a day and slowly build one up...so, I drove myself down to the tanning salon and instantly fried myself. ALL OVER!!!
