So the piano lesson never happened. Silly me, I should have known better than to teach someone to knit and then expect them to want to stop. But D, and both his sisters, took to it like fish to water. It was actually kind of scary. Of course I brought my camera with me, but did I get a single action shot? Nope.

I did get pictures of his adorable cats. Two of them anyways. Isis is not pictured because I think she was PMSing when I was over and did not look like her usual cute self.

Anyways, here is Stinky.
His real name is Short Round, but I've never heard D call him that. And believe me, this cat is stinky. He was lying in my lap, bathing, and whoo! Did he have the kitty breath. D says that Stinky is in love with me, because he sat on my lap 3 or 4 times on Saturday and he hardly ever sits on anyone. Personally I think it's just because I'm willing to scratch his bum.

Sweetie that he is, he was helping me knit.


You know you have a quality guy when he's got 3 fat, happy and obviously spoiled cats. And when he texts you in the morning with "I'm sleepy. I was lying up late last night, knitting in bed."
