The Death, and Rebirth, of the Baby Blanket

So yes, all who have viewed the picture below of the baby blanket that I began for my friend's little bun in the oven... it has been destroyed. Frogged. Torn out. Why, you may ask? Because it was simply too thick to be comfortable for a little baby to cuddle with. It was actually awkward to work with. So I'm switching up the pattern a little, though I'm still using the corner to corner pattern.

This is a rough idea of what it'll look like when it's all finished.

Here's hoping that it's nice and cuddly this time.
